It is very clear how much these two amazing humans love each other. Saturday started out as the most perfect day, clear skies, light breeze and excitement in the air. Our prayers were answered to have a beautiful day for their outdoor wedding. Once all of the guests were seated and Bree was escorted down the aisle by her father, the winds changed. A huge storm quickly blew in. The thunder and lighting cracked across the sky and Bree and Barry only smiled even harder. Not even a thunderstorm could ruin Bree and Barry’s beautiful day. Their love for each other was more visible than ever. As you know, a knot that becomes wet is extremely hard to untie – therefore, when you “tie the knot” on a rainy day, your marriage is just as hard to unravel.
Also notice how Bree & Barry did a reverse wedding party line up! Typically the bridesmaid line up behind the bride during the ceremony and the groomsmen line up behind the groom. Bree wanted to be able to see her girls faces for support and to see their reactions. I thought this was such a cool and unique idea.
